For the next couple of weeks I am giving away PDF copies of the March Attack rules to anyone that runs a blog or miniatures related wed site. Simply drop me an email at Mark@crusaderpublishing.com with a link to your blog and I'll email you a download link to the rules. I tend to send out free printed copies for review with magazines and thought it may be a nice idea to do the same for web sites. I know that when I look at buying a new game I search around for examples of games, descriptions and battle reports as well as reading the 'official' blurb. So, no strings attached, if you see them and they are not your kind of thing, dont play Napoleonic much or just already have a set that you are happy with thats fine. If you give them a go and like them thats a bonus, if you just want to read and write a review – good or bad – I'm happy with that too.
You can find out a bit more about the rules here link |

Hi I run 6sided – which has lots of bloggers. I can post on our homepage about this offer if you like? Could I ask why its only for people with blogs? Is it to get links and write-ups? Cheers Jaz 6sided.net |

By all means, mention this on the site, that would be great. The idea is simply to get some more exposure for the rules, I read lots of blogs myself and I get ideas and inspiration from a lot of them. I dont know about other folks but I used to look to magazines to find out about new stuff and find out more about rules I was interested in. While I still do that to some degree now I find it much more convenient to just search around a bit on the web. Also – I do like to give stuff away and I haven't done that in a while :-) |

I think that's the idea

There are a few other reviews that I found with a quick search but, yes, Dropship has it pretty much spot on, a bit more exposure can't do any harm. PDF link link link TMP link |

A very decent set of rules for Napoleonics, but being honest I must say I prefer Rank and File

Thank you Crusaderminis. I'll be reading these through with interest. Nice to know that these days you can still pick up a freebie now and again. Thanks again and a Happy 2012. |
