If you are going to paint your Cantinieres or Vivandiers, this is a very good site to know how they were dressed on those days. If you want to see them on the field of battle, this is the site to visit too. And if you like to see real beautifull Cantinieres and Vivandieres, no doubt that this is the site too. link Hope you enjoy as I did!. Amicalement Armand |

Well, this period is very
. "complimentary" to the feminine form. It's good to be a man in the late 18th, early 19th century. ;-) Rather than reenactors being chick magnets, chicks are reenactor magnets. So should la belle femme enjoy a lot of attention
. this is the place for it. And some make darn fine soldiers in the ranks. Working hard without complaint or expectation of special treatment. |
