Can any of you out there let me know what colour the uniform worn by Early War French Marine Officers was.

Do you mean Colonial Infantry (Troupes de Marine) or Fusiliers Marins (the guys with the red bobbles on their hats)?

Either way, the short answer is 'blue.'

(By the Horizon Blue greatcoats this second pic is probably later in the war, but the officers' uniforms underneath the coat don't seem to have changed. The greatcoat would be dark blue early war.)

Not sure I've seen any figures with that Navy officer's cap. May have to be a conversion job.
