The Mahdi and attendants look nice. The Beja look a little sloppy. |

Wow aren't you a ray of sunshine Chuck05. Perhaps if you read the actual blog post he links to: "These were a speed test and i had to resist going back and doing extras. Rather pleased with the finished result given the lack of actual time put in! " You would understand the context. Jaz 6sided.net |

I did read the original bog post. They still look sloppy. The man wanted feedback. I gave my honest opinion. Besides the only thing that matters is that he's happy with them. It doesnt matter what I think. Im just some guy he'll never meet on the internet. |

Sloppy? I would say that they look like they have been running across the sands closing in on a battle! |

Beja always look a bit rag tag next to Ansars with their white robes and colorful patches. Maybe it's the color balance of the monitor, but the green tones of these Beja's clothing takes me by surprize. I usually think of them in dirty whites, tans, and browns. |

It depends whether you want to wargame with them or put them in a display cabinet. I think for a wargame standard of painting they're fine. Not sure about the green(?) or the dark brown shields though. |

@Angle Barracks: Its the little button at the bottom of his post called "Comments". :) Whats the problem with making an honest comment? Im sorry his paint job didnt appeal to me. If you like it
GREAT! If he likes them, even better. Personally Id like to hear feedback on my figures. Good or bad. Its how I get beter. If all I heard from people was postive I wouldnt have an excuse to improve. |
