Depends on what you mean by templates, if you want paper buildings then try paper terrain. First class stuff for WWII and other periods as well. paperterrain.com |

Depends on what you are looking for really. There are many Free models out there for Paper and Cardstock. Robert Buildings and Structures Free Paper Models ss42.com/pt-buildings.html I especially like this one. Over 95 buildings! link |
