Can anyone assist. Do we know where i can get templates for making WWII buildings etc.

Depends on what you mean by templates, if you want paper buildings then try paper terrain. First class stuff for WWII and other periods as well.

Depends on what you are looking for really. There are many Free models out there for Paper and Cardstock. Robert
