can you tell me what was the monthly production of us ww2 bombs, preferably 500 lbs and 1000lbs models

nope but I can say more then we could use because we still have piles of them in storage…..

Nah, those are Vietnam production. The WW2 production got used up during Vietnam.

I'd hope so considering during just the first few weeks of Operation linebacker II we dropped more bombs on north Vietnam than we did on all of Europe and Asia in the two wars preceding it.
