That fortress is really cool, as is the other Orky Terrain from ironhands.com. I love the Deff Ray and Pulsa Rokkit.

Is the Pulsa Rokkit still legal in the game? I remember lots of 2nd edition games where my Ork opponent totoally hosed my first turn with a well-placed Pulsa Rokkit.
