For Hordes of the Things, here's an assortment of Hyborian stands done up with some cameo Frazettas too.

First the Frazettas, the female in each is a modified Copplestone Barbarian Hero figure, the cats are repositioned Splintered Light models.

The Huntress:

Then for the Picts, the ghostly beasts of Zogar Sag, a Primaeval Design smilodon and a plastic snake; and for the Kingdom of Meru, a pair of Black Raven tigers from their mounted dwarf pack.

Great work! Which Copplestone figure sets are the women from?

They're from pack FM1 15mm Barbarian Heroes

If you click on the photo there, you can see the original figure in the bottom left. I added a wire spear and green putty hair extensions. Also reposed each figure, but Copplestone's metal is very brittle and snaps easily while bending, so I couldn't quite capture the exact pose, especially the deep crouch of the Savage Pellucidar.

By contrast the SLM metal is a delight to work with. It was very easy cutting and repinning limbs and doing a head swap on one, and bending the limbs right where I wanted them.

Really cool.

Oh, and David, here's a huge thank you of appreciation for the metal you use! <3

Here are some progress pictures of what I did with your cats.

The slinking one, I cut off the forelimbs, bent them to their new shape, then pinned them back on and puttied. Bent the rear leg outwards and puttied the thigh to smooth out the line. Also cut a slight notch in the back of the mouth and partially closed the wide open jaws using a crescent wrench.

The Savage Pellucidar one, got a head swap plus a partial basectomy and deepened the bend on the back legs.
