Here's a first look at our upcoming deep ones for our Little Carinthia eldritch horror line.

Should be available early 2012. As they have no weapons they would also work nicely in 28mm scale as little fishmen, seaside imps, and as Newts from a War with the Newts background.

sharkbait16 Nov 2011 9:08 a.m. PST

Frickin' sweet! Another release on the "to buy" list.

Cacique Caribe16 Nov 2011 9:09 a.m. PST

I'll definitely buy those! But how tall really?

Dan

LOVE them! They are quite versatile as they are but all those extended arms and open hands would convert to holding weapons pretty easily if they were wanted/needed.

They kinda look like a cheerleading squad.

GOOOOOOOO Cthulhu!!!

Finally! Are we going to get any with fisherman coats or clothes? These look sweet….

captainquirk16 Nov 2011 11:47 a.m. PST

These are great!

When when when when when?

john lacour16 Nov 2011 12:13 p.m. PST

these would make fine "snotling" type players for blood bowl…

TeknoMerk16 Nov 2011 12:53 p.m. PST

Ok, I gotta have these too for my post-apocalypse mutants or SciFi indigenous colony planet missions.

Will they have weapons like spear, knife, trident, etc. ???

Noelvh16 Nov 2011 12:59 p.m. PST

Reminds me of the aliens from the Star Fist books.

Look great!
Noel

I never thought I'd write this…

As time passes, and Khurasan releases more figures, I find myself asking 'Why am I still accumulating 28mm?'

Landorl16 Nov 2011 1:53 p.m. PST

They look like the "fish men" (I think Sahaugin) from the Saltmarsh trilogy of adventures for AD&D. I might have to get some of these!

Psyckosama16 Nov 2011 2:07 p.m. PST

@Dr Mathias

Because you don't like money? :p

I did the change!

Sloppypainter16 Nov 2011 2:51 p.m. PST

Holy carp, Batman! Gotta find a use for these as they are just too cool to ignore.

Dragon Gunner16 Nov 2011 3:04 p.m. PST

VSF Venus here they come.

John Treadaway16 Nov 2011 3:53 p.m. PST

Those are really splendid

Wow! Can't wait for these. I like the lack of weapons. This makes them timeless.

Stealth100016 Nov 2011 4:51 p.m. PST

Nice but they do look like they are singing YMCA.
:-)

Mutant Q16 Nov 2011 4:55 p.m. PST

Now all we need are Mi Go and I can play Chthonian Stars in 15mm.

Great, now I can't un-see it…

Eclipsing Binaries16 Nov 2011 5:14 p.m. PST

I feel sorry for Mr Khurasan. All these fantastic figure releases and every thread has "nice, but when are you gonna do….".

TheCount16 Nov 2011 7:35 p.m. PST

I was thinking the same thing. OK, so who's going to ask for command, heavy weapon and sniper options? Oh, and an APC. With fins.

That aside, they are really cool sculpts!

Regards, TC.

RazorMind16 Nov 2011 7:38 p.m. PST

Deep One Army for Pride of Lions? awesome!

Such is the price of him dropping hints here and there of what he's got planned, plus all these previews.

BlackWidowPilot Fezian16 Nov 2011 9:11 p.m. PST

Most excellent additions indeed! Since Deep Ones grow throughout their lives and can reach pretty intimidating sizes if their Great One Dagon is any measurement, IMHO you can mix these with the 1/72 scale/25mm "Fishmen" from Reviresco, the 25mm Deep Ones from RAFM Miniatures, plus whatever others you've got lying about, and field a mob of everything from spratlings to mean old fish, a real "family" affairs! Yeeeach!! LOL!!!evil grin

Nice! I just bought some 15mm Frog Men because they were the closest thing I could find to Deep Ones. They'll do until these guys are available.

khurasanminiatures17 Nov 2011 5:06 a.m. PST

When when when when when?

Not for a while, they have to be cast, and there's quite a queue! grin

DinOfBattle217 Nov 2011 9:39 a.m. PST

Speaking of the "queue", is the Space Demon Shockforce getting closer?
