I had a great time gaming today. 14 guys going at it on Mars. Using Space 1889 as background and a homemade STATF variant for the rules. The Table was 14 x 5 and the scenario was a landship down with 5 infantry units protecting the disabled steam tank. It was one of those games where we all got to use our favorite units. Some 28 for Mars and 22 or so for the Earthers. Almost 6 hours of gaming. When the game was called it was a slim but tough Martian victory. Could have gone either way right down to the end.

Outstanding all! I will say, while I've thought of flying the tarantula bodyinverted, never occurred to me to build a bunker/turret and run it in reverse. We need more WWW and Lost Atlantis movies for the toys. If only the new 're-imagined' 3 Musk-A-Tears can produce some goodies. Doug |
