Hi all, I'm working on a minitaure using a spare victrix French officer 'mounting his house' (as it were) The horse is Front Rank and has the shabraque tapering of to a point at the back but no saddle.

Would the shabraque have had a hole cut in it and simply be placed over the saddle.

I'm thinking I might need to sculpt a saddle out of green stuff..

Cheers.

For some reason I've not had much luck finding a pic.

it depends….

the horn is possible (if no holster covers are used), cantle, girth, circsingle and stirups would be above the shabraque

Cheers Matt, that's very helpful.

I think that'll make it much easier in this particular case.

Many thanks.
