Lovely plane; the "Aluminum Overcast", fully restored and clean. We flew c. 160 mph with the radio plexiglass removed; I got some cool video out the back of the plane, and around to the outboard engines; beyond that point, I had to grip my camera so hard I shut it off! Poop. The bomb sight view was impressive and that video clip turned out cool. Altogether a satisfying waste of $465.

I've wanted to do this since I was a kid, and was made aware that my dad had piloted a B-17 in the last two months of the war….
