No need. Simulate with a D3 + D10, reroll 27+. That sounds cumbersome, but as I rarely need to randomly generate a letter, doing it this way has not been too much of a drain on my time.

Never even knew they made such dice. The Bunkermeister won't let me buy dice. He thinks I have enough. Sigh….So many people don't realize there are only so many good rolls in dice and you have to keep replenishing your stock.

No, and I really don't want one. Maybe a method to do 1-52 or 53, so that the card sharps can't get you in some rules.
