YIKES!!! :D Who's going to carry these in the U.S.?
or maybe I DON'T want to know. :P :) |
DAKRommel | 26 Sep 2011 11:42 a.m. PST |
Amazing. I will be purchasing several of each pack. Are there any plans for additional figures if these do well? |
Gunner Dunbar | 26 Sep 2011 11:42 a.m. PST |
Man o man, these look good, will be buying a small pile of these. |
cloudcaptain | 26 Sep 2011 11:58 a.m. PST |
I am hoping that Pico Armor will sneak this into their lineup for those of us in the States. |
Spooner6 | 26 Sep 2011 12:02 p.m. PST |
Oh nice. If Pico Armor imports these I will be placing an order with them soon there after. Chris |
Eli Arndt | 26 Sep 2011 12:02 p.m. PST |
Nice minis. Very much like. BTW, what are the heavy rifles armed with? Is that a rifle with grenade launcher? -Eli |
Von Trinkenessen | 26 Sep 2011 1:42 p.m. PST |
Great looking Marcin!! Would love to have some vehicle crew/commander half figures in the range. |
Allen57 | 26 Sep 2011 1:46 p.m. PST |
Just Great. I refuse to go over to 15mm SF since I have too many25/28s. Now the only guy producing new 1/600 aircraft starts putting out 15mm. There goes a big chunk of my hobby. |

Oh god yes. I want them now, they're the perfect opposition for my Khurasan Federals :) |

Get them and some Khurasan Red eagle tanks, and some hedgehog apc's. PERFECT !! |
Mako11 | 26 Sep 2011 6:21 p.m. PST |
Very nice. Would love to see some more action poses too, e.g. more troops firing their weapons, prone troops, running troops, etc. Looks like grenade launchers under the barrels of the rifles to me. |

What makes those Heavy Rifles different from the regular rifles? -Eli |
the trojan bunny | 26 Sep 2011 8:30 p.m. PST |
These look damn nice. I especially love the SAW gunners. Gonna have to get a platoon of these chaps. Any idea when they will be released? |

Love the SAW, although I suspect it would need some pretty powerful stabilisers to fire with any accuracy. There's a reason you fire from the shoulder
;) |
ROUWetPatchBehindTheSofa | 26 Sep 2011 11:51 p.m. PST |
Very nice – I foresee an order being placed |
AVAMANGO | 27 Sep 2011 12:04 a.m. PST |
Ahhhhh Vistula is Klingon for Polish. ;) seriously these are going to sell like hot cakes, the poses are great and there are enough different troops to make up a platoon, and they are ready just in time for the release of Tomorrows war. |
marcin2501 | 27 Sep 2011 1:56 a.m. PST |
Miniatures should be soon available from Fighting 15s – Picoarmor will get them too a little later. Heavy rifles are kind of combi-weapon – standard assault rifle mated with heavier (let's say 20 mm) gun. Could work like light AT weapon. More additional sets in preparation. Marcin |
Eclipsing Binaries | 27 Sep 2011 2:10 a.m. PST |
Any chance we can see these alongside other figures for size comparison? |
marcin2501 | 27 Sep 2011 3:25 a.m. PST |
Well – they are only 15mm SF I have
|
Von Trinkenessen | 27 Sep 2011 4:30 a.m. PST |
Heavy rifles = anti Power Armour rifles?? |
ethasgonehome | 27 Sep 2011 4:53 a.m. PST |
I should be able to add them to the site tonight. The parcel has arrived from Poland, but I am on the Isle of Wight's equivalent of the moon getting my car MOT'd and serviced. Which means I am marooned

Eli Arndt | 27 Sep 2011 7:45 a.m. PST |
Could always use Heavy Infantry as infantry with some sort of "power gun" ala Hammer's Slammers. -Eli |
AVAMANGO | 27 Sep 2011 7:59 a.m. PST |
The Heavy Rifles look like they are equipped with rotary grenade launchers, great for laying down a curtain of smoke or suppressive fire, how sweet is that
.. |
Eli Arndt | 27 Sep 2011 8:08 a.m. PST |
I have to say I like the variety of weapons here. It's a pretty auspicious release and a bold move to throw out so much on a first release. I think the designs. OOOooo
..just realized you mentioned additional stuff being worked on. -Eli |

I hope to see a few blow up photos, ive just added Fighting 15's shop to my fav's list with anticipation of placeing a order. :) |
Eli Arndt | 27 Sep 2011 12:09 p.m. PST |
I hope your order was big, John! BTW, if anybody complains about weapons variety or pose vaierty on this release I will find you and give you a sound scowling! -Eli |
ethasgonehome | 27 Sep 2011 12:22 p.m. PST |
Up in the Fighting 15s shop now! link No pix of the Spaceworms or reporters as yet from Marcin. Based on the popularity of other 15mm SF figures I sell, and because I think the sculpts are fantastic, I have stocked a lot of the New Vistula Legion. However, it is conceivable that I may run out. I am sure that Marcin will welcome a re-order though. :-) Ian |
Barks1 | 27 Sep 2011 10:35 p.m. PST |
I like the way you can buy packs by weapon, as opposed to a 'squad' bundle. I look forwards to more heavy weapon options. |

Anyone in the US carry these? Or plan on getting them? |
Eli Arndt | 28 Sep 2011 6:59 a.m. PST |
Excellent looking reporter figures. I like what looks like local militia as security. I suppose you could paint her in khakis or fatigues and pass her off as more of a merc or private security. -Eli |

Quite like the sculpting on these though I think they are more NF than SF per se. There's nothing about them that says SF. Nothing wrong with that of course! The only quibble is the SAW being held like a chainsaw. I think that's fine for aliens who may behave differently than humans, but humans tend to lie down when shot at. How is is possible to lie down and fire a chainSAW? |
Eli Arndt | 28 Sep 2011 9:10 a.m. PST |
My god Porfirio, I think we actually agree! -Eli |

Reporters are indeed not much SF, but I like them that way – they could work for current times too. Female figure is carrying photo camera – she's not a security ;) I know that firing chainSAW when laying down could be difficult, but it looks so cool ;) Marcin |
Eli Arndt | 28 Sep 2011 11:05 a.m. PST |
Marcin, Perhaps later you can add a more conventional SAW? -Eli |
(I make fun of others) | 28 Sep 2011 1:29 p.m. PST |
Reporters are indeed not much SF, but I like them that way – they could work for current times too. Just in case there's any confusion here, I meant all the figures, not just the reporters. But as I also said, there's nothing wrong with models looking straight NF. Especially when so nicely sculpted. |
Eli Arndt | 28 Sep 2011 2:11 p.m. PST |
I got the point, man and I agree. -Eli |
(I make fun of others) | 28 Sep 2011 2:16 p.m. PST |
I was responding to the sculptor, actually. |
Splod89 | 28 Sep 2011 2:55 p.m. PST |
Guys, this is sci-fi. Those SAW's would have some significant stabilisers and inertial dampeners in order to allow them do function ;) I'd rather see another range of figures than a re-release of the sculpts people don't like in this range. I'll convert up a sniper from one of the rifle figs and that's everything I need. On that note what's next? :) |
