Just found some figs on this site that I am interested in getting but I know nothing about them. Can anyone recommend them, or give me (and the rest of us), the pros or cons of this site and these figs?

I'll take Zed over the colors used on that site (OUCH)

I like his figures. Got a bit of a quirky look to them (talking about the Ancient Indians and Inuits). A bit long in the arm on the figures with their arms outstretched, but other than that, nicely animated and the Inuits are in very good proportion (other than the arm thing). Order a few, he has good service (or did last time I ordered) and see if you like!

Sorry, never heard of him before.

Murphy,

Which range are you interested in? I have some Inuit and 'monsters' from the Ice Age set:

I am planning to buy some more to add to the range soon – so you can class me as a happy customer.

Good clean figures, the Sedgemoor range looked really good when I looked at them Having painted a DBA army (American Forset Indians) I can report that the metal was very hard indeed.

Metal is good quality. Some ranges are better than others. I have Sedgemoor (very nice), Flodden (ok) and Biblicals (below average)….

I painted a bunch of his 1/4800 ships for a friend a few years back. Nice clean sculpts, not top of the detail rankings but very nice pieces for the money none the less. Good customer service.

Murph, Mick is a great guy to deal with. I would definitely do business with him again.

I had some of his US moderns and some of his insurgent types. They are chunkier than other manufacturers but I like 'em. The following shows some of the ones I used in a convention game a couple of years ago.

A mixed bag.

I'm currently painting some of the Sedgemoor range. They are bulkier than most but well detailed with a variety of poses. I will use them with Essex but in seperate units.

Good service and no problem with the metal or casting.

I've bought from him twice and had good service. The only figures I have are 15mm gladiators and 15mm Napoleonic dismounted cuirassiers. I like both a lot. Generally, the sculpting is a little bit dated, but characterful.

Compared to other 15mm gladiators, MY Fig's are chunkier, and some of the detail is a little crude. But they have a lot of character and some cool poses. Arms are too long on a few, as mentioned, but not so much that it bothers me. Good variety. They paint up very nicely.

The cuirassiers are a bit more subtle with the sculpting, and nicely done. Only two poses though (four if you count command).

If I were you, I'd buy a sample pack before committing to a huge order.

Just recieved Inuit archers, spearmen, dog sledge (Huski are awesome) are very good. Good details and sharp castings. (By the way archers and spearmens pack have 3 poses).
