The Sea Blue Gladiator Arena Game Mat We had a customer request one of our Gladiator Arena Game Mats, but with a slight twist. Instead of having the game mat printed onto Sand Brown or Sand Grey colored felt, like our standard Gladiator Arena game mats, he wanted his game mat printed onto Sea Blue felt so he can play Ancient Naval combat games in a Coliseum setting.
This is a two toned air brushed game mat printed with a translucent white ink. The price of this game mat is the same as our regular large arena game mats: $19.99 USD USD and inexpensive to ship worldwide. The hexes are 1 inch (measured flat-side-across-to-flat-side), and is actually quite well set up for ancient naval gaming as there are enough hexes to allow for a lot of maneuvering. The above photo shows cardboard Roman Seas counters (and wind template), which are equal to 1/1200th scale model galleys. NOTE: We can also make our small Gladiator Arena game mats ( link ) on Sea Blue felt, but there are fewer hexes on this game mat which might hamper maneuvering. The Sea Blue felt is another option at no extra cost. For more information, go to: link

That is pretty cool. Coincidentally, I'm working on some 1/1200th models right now. Best, Dean |

Very Neat. I could also see having one made up with red felt for use with 28mm minis, just for the visual effects. |
