Looks like they would work. Are they hard to find?

Those look like they'll work nicely.

Where abouts on the highlander studios website can you find the chewie and Han?

It depends, the Han Solo is a pretty big 15mm figure, even crouched, he is really 18mm, in this photo he is also on a base, so I'm thinking the storm trooper is around 22mm tall, I could really use one of their heads though, to make a mould for some conversions.

Grimmnar30 Aug 2011 5:39 p.m. PST

It isn't that the Han Solo fig is bigger than 15mm. He isn't supposed to be 15mm tall he is a fig in the 15mm scale. There is a difference. And aren't they to be measured to the eye anyway? As for the Storm troopers being tall, weren't they supposed to be? Tall, lean fighting machines? Remember, Luke was awful short to be a Trooper. :-)

Nah, Gunner has it right. I game with the micro machines figs. They run about 19-22mm. 15mm human figs simply won't work with them. I should know. I own loads of 15mm scifi and Star Wars Micro Machines.

Thanks,

John

Well until someone actually makes some space troopers. These will work just fine for what I am going to use them for.

Put that stormtrooper on a base like the others and he'll be eye-to-eye with Chewie…

Yep, as has been observed before, SW Micro Machine figures are in the 20mm range. However, this does mean that they play well with 1/72 figures…

Is there a market here for the old SW MicroMachines?

If so, I may have to get over to my mom's garage and renew my TMP membership.

Some people use them for gaming.

I could use some more Stormtroopers and Rebel Troopers.

"Aren't you a little short for a stormtrooper?"
