Wrote up a quick game today that takes about an hour to play. It's Hillbillies and Aliens although the game is so simple it would work with just about anyone and Aliens. I'll put it together and put a nice cover on it and put it up as a couple dollar download on Wargamevault. I think small cheap games might be a nice way to get some of these ideas out there that I've had. Special thanks to Dan Van Horn and Rick Weaver for some of the ideas and of course Aliens, Farmers, Hillbillies and cows everywhere

Better hurry up and copyright it (and the sequel) or SyFy channel might try to make a SERIES/TV movie out of it
(which wouldn't be bad, IF Bruce Campbell was in it!) on the other tentacle
.these are the folks who brought us 'Megashark/Octoshark' and similar fare

Base it on Aliens and Cajun Swamp Rats and package it as "Galactic Comfort".. would make a great sequel and Powers Boothe and Keith Carradine are both still around for Part II!! |

I think the Grays are Tengu and the hillbilles are a combination of Copplestone and Murch's castings though there may be others. These figure's are all Rick's. Just a quick update in that I'll be writing up the rules tonight. I've already spoken with my layout and artists and they are on board too. It's going to be a cheap fun download that should provide hours of entertainment. |

Howdy, people keep asking for a miniatures list, so here goes! The greys are Tengu, I think they are the best on the market. Before the greys I used Pulp Figures Radon Zombies along with some GW Squiggs-just for that fun 50's feel. I think Dan Van Horn used the Zombie Smith aliens, which was also a great choice. The hillbillies are a mix of Blue Moon, which are actually nicer than the the painted ones on their website would lead you to believe. They can be found under their gangster line. Copplestone, RAFM's old Call of Cthulhu series and Reapers villagers fleshed out the rest of the clan. Even though Rob didn't choose to use them, a few of Bob Murch's Bowery boys work fine. The robot is from the excellent Retro Raygun line from Hydra. Cheers! Rick Weaver |

Hillbillies versus Zombies are planned next. ICFBTS – Something's in the Sauce. Special ability of one of the factions of zombies is 'thriller' they start dancing and the hillbillies start freaking out. |
