Seeing and enjoing this beautifull job about the battleship Tirpitz
wonder to ask if anyone had wargame with the Bismarck campaing including his twin battleship, the Tirptiz.? Do you consider that both big warships would had more luck against the British Fleet and could return to France, or both had to be sunk at the same battle?
More pics of this excelent job. link Thanks in advance for your comments and hope you enjoy that very good work. Amicalement Armand |

We had an encounter in the Denmark Strait adding Tirpitz and Repulse respectively. No penalty was given for PoW's teething troubles. Used Seekrieg V to resolve the encounter. Prince of Wales was sunk, Hood heavily damaged, and Repulse lightly damaged but unable to stay in contact. The German squadron was more fortunate, with Tirpitz having some deck furniture rearranged, Bismarck with light damage, and PE with moderate to heavy damage due to fires. We had been using Avalanche Press' Bismarck game for contact generation and scouting, etc. |
