I started on my own ruleset, strictly for my own play, last year. I've read a lot of great free rulesets for 15mm Sci-Fi recently, and a few TMP posts on the subject as well. I find it curious that many of the authors come to nearly the same, yet subtly different conclusions on game mechanics. I was also surprised at similarities between my homebrew and these games until I read how, like me, the authors started with Rogue Trader, left later edition 40K in frustration, ended up at StarGrunt II, and finally wrote their own.

Anyways, here's another free set of rules. Very generic and suitable for modern to near-future. I've playtested all of the concepts, but only just finished finally translating scribbles from my notebook to coherent rules. I'm stuck in a hotel room on a business trip, so I'll have to wait four more weeks to playtest the current version. If anyone else wants to, be my guest.

The rules unfortunately reside on my blog, but a lot of links tie the posts together.
