Just checked on firefox 5.
No option to resize the message box for me. |

Same here on IE 9 What I see in FF5 in Windows 7 is:

but is not persistant screen to screen ?!? Also – note the lack of righthand scroll bar – the window auto-adds one if required  Must try Crome next… |
