Friends:

I found this fabric with green and brown hex pattern fabrics suitable for representing landscapes… only the patterns are very funky, with plaid and snails and stuf :D

Looking at the rulers, the hexes are almost 2" wide. Price for a 42" x 72" is US$36 (way expensive for a fabric, but hey). Maybe some of you more comedic type fellows will be into it!

Those are Spoonflower links…you could have them print just about anything you wanted. I have a custom space mat for War Rocket coming next week from them. CorSec Engineering used to have their mats printed by them.

If my space mat passes inspection I'll make it available. here is a greatly reduced version of the graphic I used…

If it looks good I might rework a second image image with monochromatic stars in the background for those that don't want the more colorful/fantastic look.

When I say "make it available" it means I will make the graphic publicly available on Spoonflower. Anyone who wants to have a mat printed could do so. No mark up on my end, though they do kickback 10% of sales to the graphic designer.
