So, slowly building my force for use in Gruntz, and I'm going through the basement looking for things I can re-purpose to my newfound enjoyment of 15mm. Ran across this ancient tracked rocket launcher vehicle. Pretty sure it was Fantasy Forge or Grendel. Originally 25mm, but I think it might work for a heavy defensive vehicle. Just can't decide if it works in 15mm, is all. Pictured below with a Khurasan Plutonian, who is 15mm at his crabby little eyes.
(the prerequisite 'Tiananmen Square' shot) So. What do you think? Too big for anything but an objective? Worth putting the work into?

Scotia-Grendel resin vehicle there, and they still sell them last I looked. They were smallish 25mm, which make fine superheavy vehicles in 15mm as long as there aren't too many giveaway details (hatches, mostly) showing – and I don't recall them having that problem. They also make good "normal" vehicles for xenos who are bigger or bulkier than man-sized. Traveller K'kree spring to mind – when your troops are the size of a small horse, your AFVs will tend to be quite a bit on the large side even if their performance is no better than average. |

Looks fine to me. I have some rather large vehicles myself. Jeff |

Just needs some detailing work that indicates how the 15mm crew gets into it. Ken |

You could make hatches out of plastic card or get some of the building hatches and doors from GZG. Nice big tank, though, like a baby Bolo :) |

Close enough
The hatches and other fittings are 25mm in the way older figures are 25mm, so mostly they will work. |

Use some already. The things would have been sardine cans in 28mm and look pretty good disgorging a 6 man squad in 15mm. |
