Blood Dawn (old reaper shadowcorps line) has a few demons in their line. Nice sculpts, even if the range is rather small.
link There are a few in the Demonworld dark elves line. They are big, but nice. RPE hasn't resurrected the dark elves yet, but presumably it's just a matter of time. The RP battlesystem had some demons. Good luck, even on ebay. These are extremely rare. If they still make them, Reaper had a great set of "Blood Imps" that are perfect as 15mm demons.
