So . . .

For what game settings are you using yours? With what rules? What paint schemes?

Thanks,

Dan

If someone made 15mm Lovecraftian beaties (e.g. Deep Ones, Mi Go, etc.) I'd use them for Chthonian Stars UWC Wardens.

Hey Dan. Funny, I just picked up another pack during the sale. I figure that I'll use mine ala Space Above and Beyond. They're 'Tanks' genetically grown humans for military purposes. Not quite fully human as per the show though.
Rules, probably Fubar, Gruntz and Tomorrow's War later on. Color scheme…………….not sure yet. I have so many units with so many varying color schemes that I usually wait till I'm working on them to decide.

Thanks,

John

S:AAB? Great idea!

I'm thinking of getting them done desert-like:

Having seen the sculpts, the photos really don't do them justice!

They badly need a SAW and an RPG to round out the range. I see that one was sculpted but there's been no sign of it.

I'd use them for 5150 Symons (synthetic humans). I know it's not so different from Rebel's description but they would fit for that.

I'm not they are in the wrong size to go with the rest of my 1000's of minis and buildings.

I was thinking if/when I pick some up, I'd use them for pretty basic NATO-ish troops for ultramodern. They have a very "Land Warrior program" feel to me.

Wolfprophet,

That was the original intent for them. Basically, Land Warrior, plus a generation or two of hypothetical development.

They were also designed as 7-heads-tall in proportion, and 1/100th scale. Probably the desparity between them and most other mini lines, and also the reason I wrote them as "a bit off" via their storyline.

I'd love if you folks post up pics of your Nines. They're a very near and dear sculpt to me (thanks to Angie Portman).

Best,
JBR
