There are a few sites as Allen implied that are in Russian and googletranslater is very problematic with Russian, but here is one in English that I find most useful

I've been saying it to myself for a while, but I do intend to put the armoured units back on the site; it's just motivating my lazy arse to do so! I've got the info, but have never been able to settle on a format I like.

A copy of the Red Army Handbook should see you through for all things Russian/Soviet for 1939-45.
