Has anybody posted a comparison of the WGF Shocktroops to other 28mm sci-fi humans? Particularly, I am wondering how they compare to eM4's plastic troopers and gangers. Thank you for any help.

I could post pics of the WGF figs versus EM4 plastics this evening, Bill, but on my blog you can see a comparison photo against a few other 28mm sci fi figures. Namely, you can see the WGF figure vs. an EM4 metal trooper, an Urban War Viridian, and a Denizen Venturan:

Thanks Saxon Dog. I do not own any of the eM4 metals, but I used to have a small force of those Viridian marines for Urban War. Still hard to tell. I will just have to order a box of WGF troopers, I suppose… if they are too noticably larger (sorry about the grammar), I am sure I can find another use for them. Cheers.

BTW, great job on those GZG 25mm minis… I am also a fan.

Bill, in a few hours I can post pics of the EM4 plastics with the WGF figures if you still wish. wink

Hey there, Splod, how's life in Van Diemen's Land treating ya today?

Sunny Florida here-where the USA keeps its supply of Crazy. grin

Any luck finding a source for those Pig Iron troops?

Couple of suppliers close to home, with the AUD as strong as it is though its looking to be cheaper to order from your side of the pond.

Hey Saxon, if you could , I would be very grateful, assuming of course that is no trouble (otherwise I wouldn't dream of asking)… I want to use the WGF troops as alternate human adversaries for my two eM4 forces (troopers and gangers), if they are seriously larger, I will have go with aliens instead. Sadly, I am a mite picky about my humans being roughly the same size (thankfully the WGF greatcoats will hide any embarrasing anatomical discrepancies). This would save me from possibly having to build a 40K style Imperial Gaurd army by accident… ;)

Bill, I would be happy to. Meant to do so last night but a back injury flare-up got in the way. The EM-4 plastics are a mite smaller. It doesn't bother me, but I know that is a deal breaker for some. Will be sure to post pics tonght.

Cheers!
