PlasmaBlast are probably best known for their excellent 6mm vehicles.
However I have been searching for some infantry to use in my FUBAR project.
I ordered a pack of their Progenitor light infantry to see if they are any good.

The PlasmaBlast infantry sample is excellent, almost perfect for my purpose.
So much so I wanted to show them off.

Here are a few shots of the first one painted.
They have regular green fatigues and grey body armour.
They have little blue lights on their backpacks and ammo indicator lights on their guns (also blue lights)
Black boots and black gloves.

There is a slight influence of Gears of War in their look.

Of course zoomed in pictures of 6mm can often look worse than in the flesh so bare that in mind:

The whole FUBAR journey can be seen in the 6mm forum, only takes a minute to join and there are almost 6000 articles in there from all aspects of 6mm gaming.

They look nice.

BTW if you want to make any miniature look horrible, take a close-up photo of it!

I really like them, sort of near future rather than sci-fi.
Just what I was after.

Feet to the top of the head is 6mm too.

big fan of plasmablast. probably my favourite 6mm line (among others). incredible photos- and awesome attention to detail by the way. They look great> I don't think mine would look as good under such a close up!

Thanks.
I am playing 1:1 and am only having 4 squads of 5 men so don't mind shading and highlighting and doing cammo on the trousers etc for that number..

I think near future is a good description of the entire range.Near perfect for my idea of SciFi.I'm interested in Marios armor also. We've used his Eaglebane fighter against
F22s,F35s and others for about a year now and have had blast!
Can't wait til his secret project nears completion.
