Ok I might be covering a subject that's been done before, but what would a Dalek/Cyberman hybrid be like? Has anyone made a model of one? I could imagine a scenario where the regular Daleks try to wipe out these 'abominations'. |

Try Rememberance of the Daleks – Davros cybernetically enhanced the Imperial Daleks which caused a civil war, Davros' faction was probably the winner in the long run but Time War era Daleks don't seem to be "enhanced" any more. However, if you applied Cybermnan conditioning to Daleks, it's likely you'd end up with something much less than a Dalek. What makes Daleks dangerous is their seething hatred of everything else. Make them calm and logical, and they'd pretty much be happy to stay at home. Cybermen conquer to get more people to convert to Cybermen in order for their "race" to survive as they can't reproduce biologically. Daleks can and do reproduce on a biological level (mostly in the lab I'd hope..) – going out and killing things is not a matter of survival in general, it's a matter of being a Dalek (crush the lesser races!). Cyberdised Daleks suddenly would be no real threat as they have satisfied the imperative of the Cybermen and lost the imperative of the Daleks. |

Daleks + Cybermen = Trash cans on legs (There is probably a model of this somewhere

Cybermen are not entirely logical; 'Revenge of the Cybermen' gave some indication of that fact, while 'Destiny of the Daleks' suggested that logic had become too much an aspect of Dalek behaviour. I can imagine a mad scenario of an isolated alliance of Daleks and Cybermen choosing to co-operate. No doubt, each side believes itself to be gaining the greater advantage through said alliance, but
what if, over (perhaps) years – even centuries – the merging of their two technologies, (perhaps with a lot of cannibalisation, assuming this group to be isolated from either empire,) leads to a completely new species? Chillingly, if we assume Daleks rely on cloning to reproduce, it could provide the Cybermen with the answer to their survival – why convert other races, when you can fire up a cloning factory, and out march (or hover) a couple thousand more by next Thursday? |

And i am assuming 'upgrade together' is not a euphemism for the two cybernetic organisms actually knocking boots. "IN-SEM-IN-AAAAATE!" |

Such a creature was seen in the UK in the late 20th Century – seen here with it's human henchman

Being a huge Dr Who Fan I feel I should comment but I can't think of anything to say
Yes I can – now I'm not going to say this would never happen but it's extremley unlikely however I could see the Daleks using Cybermen as Slaves when they themsleves got a bit low on stock perhaps? Daleks have used lesser beings/things as foot soliders before as

Dalek creatures inside Cybermen bodies could work, yeah no more upgrading of races, just improved armour and weaponry with legs! This guy on DeviantArt had a cool stab at the idea. link |
