Rumelia was part of the Ottoman empire for some time until the the late 19thC, made up of the Southern Balkan states its militia fought for both the Turks and Bulgarians..

Just wondered if anyone has good pictures of,

Albanian, Montenegrin infantry of that period as I am looking at building a Rumelian divison to fight along side my Bulgarians during the 1870`s and 1880`

Any help appreciated

Also, the book "the Montenegrin army – organisation and uniforms" has recently been published. I haven't seen it yet though.
