Saw a print of the Baltimore anti-Catholic riots in the 1830s from a book that I'm using for my PhD [Brass Knuckle Crusade by Beals]. It's on the cover and the U.S. militia appear to be in a bell shako, coatee and white pants. No telling how accurate it is but thought I'd throw it into the mix.
