Dalaupproret ( dalauppror.blogspot.com ) and me tried Hail Caesar a few days ago for the first time. You can read all about it here:

Sorry for the english, I was a tired foreigner when I wrote it. :-)
The miniatures used are a mix of Crusader and A&A for the Carthaginians and Aventive for the Romans.
We had a very fun evening!

Don't worry about the english translation, you have done a very nice job.

Thanks everyone.
Stern Rake Studio: I used Battle Chronicler. It's free and pretty easy to learn. battlechronicler.com

Information about the scenario is on Dalaupproret's blog: link

Nice report! Were your figures originally based like that to play Impetus?

Cheers,
Aaron

Thank you Bjorn! My Quest has ended!
I've seen this link before and wanted to download it. But then I lost track of where it was posted, couldn't find it, nor could I remember the name.

I e-mailed the link to myself, just to make sure I don't loose it again, before I download it.

Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Ted

Very nicely done. What lovely figures.

I'm painting like billy-o right now, trying to get enough together for my first game.

Excellent write up – one thing: Thureoponei are not light infantry, they're more of a general-purpose medium troop.

Bjorn Seleukos31 May 2011 12:48 p.m. PST

The King of Rock and Roll: Yes, but we didn't have enough spanish troops so we used some thureophoroi figures instead. :-)
