If they aren't the predatorial variety that eats everything, I'd "join" the Blue Man Group and tell the invaders that "we" are an entirely different alien species who "found this planet first, so you claimjumpers are just going to have to leave."

Turn to terrorist style methods, wait for them to get settle in then start bombings, eco sabotage, and ambushes( especially upon the resource harvesting activites).
