Thank you Bros.
I think I am going to make a body for this guy too, later. So eventually I will be able to offer you this guy which is the: "Just up from Below to snatch a bite of meat" version, and also the "I am up and chasing your butt now" version. The second version would still be partly in the ground, but that works too for the concept I think. |

Very nice indeed! Not that everything has to have come from somewhere but this miniatures would make a great stand in for this monster (it is short, go to the 54sec mark) YouTube link Fun stuff and useful for many aspects/genres. :) |

Yup this guy is kind of useful I reckon.
I was thinking of the scene in Flash Gordon in the swamps of Hyboria. Or the sand pit in Enemy Mine, when I built this charming critter. |

Thats real nice. Lots of uses can be fouund for that. |
Cacique Caribe | 02 May 2011 12:28 p.m. PST |
When does it go into production? Or are you planning to fine-tune it further? Dan |
Dances With Words | 02 May 2011 12:48 p.m. PST |

Thank you guys, you inspire the hell out of me to keep sculpting!
David YOU do not have to pay for anything in the first set. I owe you from way back. After I come out with more figures you will get a nice discount
on everything you ever buy from me. I have not forgotten my past, because it is what got me here. Guys I just paid for a full year of web hosting with security and full tech support. link Ed called me today and we started to work on the BME site. It is down now because I am working on it all this month. I am sending all of the models pictured in my Monthly Progress section to Iron Wind Metals on Friday for Master Casting. link I plan to have the site built and ready for sales in 4 to 6 weeks from now. After all of this is done, I am going to get serious and start working on the top critters of the Manamal Poll. I have other work to do too, like completing The MURG and Huratt and some other goodies like the CHIG, and TECH Nation stuff. I will be busy and working more now to get the new sets of models done. I figure since I am going to have a paid website I need to use it, and add to it ASAP. Dan I am going to improve the connection point on the Digger's Maw Talons, but other than that he is ready to go out this Friday. |

That is wonderful news!!! I don't see how you could improve on it but, as a part-time sculptor I can understand you wanting to tweak things, this way or that, before sending stuff out to be cast. Keep up the great work, but stop teasing us so much with your awesome stuff. Or else you're going to end up like me, with a hundred unfinished projects. Dan |

True Danny
BUT. Lol
BUT! Here is the trick you guys might not be thinking of
I LEARNED TO SCULPT BY CONVERTING. (Not yelling btw
lol) I am FAST with converting. For example, look at good Ole Byron The Tremendousness
lol. He is standing bold legged and swinging his arms. In short he is posed wide open. That was on purpose. He can be very easily bent into all new poses. Look at his head and chainsaw. How hard is it going to be to add or take away/replace details on them and put them on an all new miniature? Look at the Bionoid Bimbo. She is basically nude. How hard is it going to be for me to file her down, and repose her, and add new arms and clothing details? My Glertchech Goblin guy. Whammow-Ka-Zoo! He is My Tribal Dwarf body blank
already. And
lol
AND he is the body blank for YOUR Little Morlok guy I am making for us. Converting for me is easy. EASY EASY EASY! When I get this first set of sculptures Mastered, I can make a lot of other stuff with them. In half the time. The more I make, the faster I can make more
