Just in case anyone's interested, I posted pics of my steam walker on my new blog. Enjoy!

Ooh! That's a nice one!

Reminds me of the (not so nicely done) ATST conversion I did years ago:

But scratch-built and looking like a steam-boat? Now that is good!

Very nice. I like to look at things like this, and figure out how they were intended to work. In this case, I really like the idea of the steam lines to power the pistons that operate the lower legs.

Yup, I'm interested in what you are doing. Very interested, in fact. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice.

Mind if I point towards it from my blog as well? I might even liberate a photo for emphasis, if you don't mind.

Really different than any I've seen so far, and that's fullsome compliment indeed!

Just in case anyone's interested…

Too modest indeed!

A jewel!
The wooden construction makes it fully 'Lacepunk' (mid-18th C. Sci-Fi TMP link ) compatible: could well moonlight in your 'Pirates' project!

Thanks, guys. Glad you like it.

J Womack 94 – no problem. Use pics if you like!

DOUG – Me? Modest…?
