OOOOOOOOOh! Very nice looking figs! Who makes them? I also found the background color at your blog to be one of the nicest colors I have ever seen on the net. Anyway, how did you like how the rules handled Chariot warfare? How long did the game last? Any other thoughts on the rules?

Thanks,

John

Thank you – just the period that I wanted to see.

Thanks John and Norm. The figures are a real mix – Black Tree Designs, Foundry, Cutting Edge Miniatures, Miniature Design Studios, Old Glory, Amazon Miniatures, Newline, Tin Soldier, Essex and Xyston (Ramses).

I liked the rules – it was a fast fun game even though we didn't know what we were doing. I've played a few games of WAB with these armies and the Hittites always won. It took about three hours. I liked the different clash/stamina value for melee and the support that other units can give on the flanks and the rear of the unit fighting.

Cheers

That is a nice looking battle, thanks for sharing.

If anyone is interested, I have just listed a load of brand new Foundry Egyptian chariots on ebay at good discounted prices.

I thought I saw a Ral Partha chariot in there also.
