Sorry for lack of recent response, forgot about the thread. As mentioned on the other thread, it all got delayed, but a lot more has been added since. They will now be released for this Historicon. It's going to be very comprehensive. |

So even ten years on I've found this discussion useful and relevant. Jeff Valent's line is still unavailable, but now so is Freikorps. I bought several hundred Freikorps AWI (American, British, and Hessians) about 35 years ago and am only now returning to that project. They are mainly line troops, no command, cavalry, guns, militia or any other special units. A pity I can't complete the project with Freikorps, but my word, there are some wonderful 15mm figure lines now available. I've made several recent orders from Musket Miniatures, Stone Mountain, Polly Oliver, and Peter Pig. Some ten years after this thread was started, things are looking very good for AWI in 15mm. |
