For Christmas my wife ordered me several packs of Pendraken WW2 German stuff. Horse-drawn wagons, motorcycles, etc. On January 19th I had a house fire. Most of my figures came out sort of okay but my new Pendraken order pretty much melted together. Leon from Pendraken heard about what happened and contacted me with words of support. They wanted to send me a complete German army but I was very content with just replacing what I had lost. Today a package from Pendraken arrived replacing all the figures that were lost. A big 'thank you' to Pendraken for helping me. When possible, guess which company I'm going to use for my future 10mm orders? Sincerely,

Pendraken offer superb figures and are very well managed. The way they've thoughtfully fleshed out the mid-19th century range is lesson to other miniature firms. It does not surprise me that they were so understanding and generous in their support of a customer. They are first rate in all regards. |
