This morning I posted an article on my Blog about a FOW game I played at the weekend. I played my Brother-in-law who is a complete wargaming virgin
and he beat me! link Dignity in tatters! Never want to wargame again!! (Only joking). Tomorrow I'll be posting a Tutorial on how I made the Smoke and Flame markers I used in the game (featured in the pictures). BigLee BLMA link

Good to know you finally got the first game done. We had a chat when you came over to look at our outwit the wittman game a few years back. You would've loved Bastogne or Bust we did a few nights back. 101st were really up against but the Volkgrenadiers soon found out paratroopers aren't to be messed with even if you have a brace of Konigstigers as your best friends. |

Dark Knights Cool, glad you remebered me (suprised as well). I've played a few solo games but this was the first time I've been able to tie down my Brother-in-law to game. He's definately hooked now, not least because he won! Definately your Wittman game convinced me to buy into FOW although it's taken a long time to get to the point where I have two armies to play with (as I'm the only painter it's all down to me, and I just can't bring myself to play with naked metal!) |
