Cool
I am doing the same thing using turrets from Combat Wombat. I like the choice of colors. |

Yep..that's the one. The Disney store at my local mall has them for 40% off right now. The limo from the diecast line is useful in its original state
as is the 3 man light jet. The latter seems to be the rarest piece though. |

The turret and guns are from a Star War's Trade federation AAT tank. Thanks, John |

The one man light jet is way too big. It's somewhere between 20mm and true 25mm. |

Yes,my kitbash is a diecast Tron's Legacy "Clue's Command Ship" and a Micro Machines "Star Wars Trade Federation AAT. One of the club members had brought the diecast Tron ship to a game and I couldn't put it down. I knew what I wanted to do but couldn't find the right turret. I had intended to use the turret only and use greenstuff to build up a crew compartment ahead of it, but I needed them for a game and decided to include the crew section of the AAT . Personally I feel there is an aesthetic conflict. I plan on making a command version that will carry a 5 man team. When that is done I will post a "How I did it on my blog" Thanks for all the comments! |
