Hi all, Does anyone have pictures of their War Rocket fleets they wouldn't mind sharing? I tried the Yahoo Groups, but when I search for "War Rocket", "Hydra Miniatures", "Galacteer", etc
I get thousands of groups I have no desire to sift through. I'm looking for some inspiration for my own Galacteers and Imperials. My google-fu returns very little of any value except this great blog: link Thanks in advance for any help you might submit, Jawjatek |

Inari7. You should label and tag your photos so they're easier to find in Flickr. I would have been willing to add tags myself but it doesn't look like you allow others to add tags. |

Not sure how to add tags, and allows other to do the same. I just use flicker to post my photos and not much else. If you let me know how to do it I can.. |

Inari7..I hate you and your beautifully painted ships ;) Thanks for the warning, Grumpy! My list of despisedly competent painters and terrain makers is too long already. Of course, I suppose one peek wouldn't
Damn. Inari7, I think you are a repeat on my list, by the way
After further looks, there's actually plenty of room for Wolfgang and Grumpy. Congratulations, you @#$%@! Doug |

CmdrKiley where did you get those 28mm rockets? |

Denny's Rocket Cups I picked up a few years ago. The canopies are made from plastic spoons. I had an article on how I made them, but it got lost in the Great Purge on our club's site. All I have left is some conversion work on my 28mm retro-sci fi minis. link The gold one is the Ertl/AMT 1/25th scale Bat Skiboat from Batman Returns. I added some Dark Eldar bits and some other stuff from my bitz bin.
The white one is a 1/72 scale Pegasus model. I replaced the 1/72nd scale 2 man cockpit with a 1 man cockpit big enough to fit a 28mm figure. Does this put me on The Beast's Hate list too? |

Also, here's some pics of those rockets (almost fully completed) in action with my 28mm minis. We were playtesting some No Limits! Retro Sci Fi themed army lists. link |

@CmdrKiley Long ago, but you've now also entered 'Damn their eyes! Now I have to go diggin' in the pile again!' I'd bought some of the Bat(ski?)boats trying to get folk interested in 40K boat wars. Thought they'd do for Eldar. For the orcs, one word: Waterworld. However, they ARE perfect for retro space ships, aren't they? Doug |

Those are some great conversions, Commander! |
