Martian Manhunter At least when I was into comics in the 80's he was less famous. I believe he had sort of a resurgence in the late 90's. |

Moon Knight would be on my list. I've never read a Question comic, but the version from Justice League Unlimited is one of my favorite characters on the show along with the Huntress. And I understand that Rene Montoya, Gotham City police detective, is the new Question in the comics. That's pretty cool. Ambush Bug would be up there too. |

My comic collection focuses mostly on the B Team heroes. I love The Question! "Got fluoride?" :-) Got some of his Carlton comics but Question was best in JLU. I'm a Mister Miracle freak. And Black Canary is a fav. Others I like are Booster Gold, Blue Beetle, Hourman. |

Was always a Moon Knight fan myself but he had his own book. Would he still class as "minor league"? Guess he would. |

Moon Knight Alpha Flight (I actually had the straight run of the first 60 issues, first comic I ever subscribed to as a kid) Falcon (*loved* the 4 issue Falcon miniseries, in particular) Badger Iron Fist Mike Grell's The Warlord Also, I don't know if he counts as a super hero, but my all-time favorite B-lister, and the one I *still* endlessly search for a square-headed, thicker-armed T. Rex model so I can make a miniature version of: Devil Dinosaur Well.. maybe my 2nd all-time favorite, since I guess my all-time favorite superhero'd be considered Minor League, as well, fame-wise, that being the one, the only, the inimitable

I also loved "Justice League: Antarctica." Back in the '90s, I read a nice mini-series about minor (really, really, really minor) superheroes— basically everyday people with limited superpowers— who worked for a "call hero" service (my term). I can't recall the title (it wasn't "Heroes for Hire" or "Dial H for Hero", though I keep thinking the name was very similar to the latter), or even who did it (I think DC). I remember that one of the "heroes" was a middle-aged black lady (and mother) who was decidedly on the short-and-round side. There was also at least one awkward teenage boy. If that rings a bell, please let me know the title— I've struck out on Google. |
