Some of my favorite collectible odd balls are A&A Minis Cavalry picture picture picture picture picture Though the paintjobs range from indifferent to lousy: 1. They spruce up pretty well with a little highlighting and a dip. 2. They allow you to play out some off-the-beaten-path battles on the Eastern Front. 3. Many of them can be used for earlier periord and other nations, such as the Russian Civil War, WWI and even a few in the late Colonial era. |

Your first four links are blocked :( I didn't expect the historical crowd jumping in on this thread
gotta love TMP! The variety of gamers is quite fun. Nice one Athyrio! |

28mmMan Your first four links are blocked :( Huh. Those are from Troll and Toad, so I can't imagine why Hasbro would block a retailer. Oh well, the first four are Greek Cavalryman, Mongolian Cavalry, Cossack Cavalry and Rumanian Cavalry. |

28mm – you're a Gammaworld fan right? Most of those remind me of the picture of the guy representing the hopeless PC (where they recommend you re-roll). The centipeed guy looks pretty cool though. |

My first thought after seeing that miniature was that it would be a great proxy for The Thing. -Ken Radioactive Press |

svsavory 4 links and 28mmMan's first image are from a moderately popular 1970's sci-fi movie. They are pieces from a holochess game called "Dejarik." They represent primitive, violent lifeforms from a fictional universe. link |

@And the horse
It isn't Hasbro blocking, it's Troll and Toad. I suppose it's to keep traffic down unless you're knowingly looking at their wares. Understandable, I guess. Done some business with them. Probably won't again, for other reasons. Doug |
