Not the new ones that Olley is making – but the range that was sold to Sam Wong?

Sort of having been toying with putting together a more complete army of them, and I haven't seen them rereleased yet. Anyone know him, or his plans for them? Are they being produced – but not online?

I would check over at the Frothers forum…Bob hits it daily and the pulse may be more present there link

Maybe one of the guys here on TMP that hit the Frothers will ask for you?

The future of what now?

Scrunts…a line of miniatures sculpted by Bob for himself, most sold during his going out of business sale, before he found the will to sculpt again :) Lots of classic Bob faces and since then he has been cranking out tons of Scrunt mutants.

Solid line with good lines and design.

Ask and you shall receive, here is your request…now to wait for the answer link

Yah – I remembered Bob was active on Frothers…but since it is no longer held by Bob, I didn't think he would be the one to know for sure.

As far as what they are…

I guess he (Sam Wong) purchased the majority of the Scrunt range (one or two went to other people/companies).

I had picked up a few of them a few years ago – but it was a back burner project, so I didn't buy up everything that I might need at the time. Now the back burner has moved to the front burner – and it is a toss up between Olley's Scrunts and Hasslefree's Grymm for the miniatures to be used. I like the style and choices of the Scrunt better – but if you can't buy them reliably (a hundred or so of them), well it sort of limits the choice.

Hello, Some of you have already answered this question and you are correct Sam Wong is the new owner of the majority of the Scrunt lines. I know that he intends to set up a website and will start selling the ranges, the only thing I don't know is when he will find the time to get everything going.
For those who are interested in new sf dwarfs Scrunts, I will be releasing a new set of scrunt mutant hunters in February. Some of you may have seen the first release already, a mutant hunter with dog and on the olleys armies facebook page you can see the mutant hunter greens.
Hopefully Sam will be able to get his models on the market and then you will be up to your neck in scrunts LOL
cheers Bob

Yah – I am liking the Mutant Hunters a lot as well, but it is hard to build an army around dachshunds (though I need to order up one to send off to a friend serving on the DMZ).

Hopefully Sam will be able to get his models on the market and then you will be up to your neck in scrunts LOL

Well, up to my shins at the very least. wink

Hopefully it comes online sooner rather than later, I can't imagine what might motivate them to buy the molds and not produce with them.
