Decals Express (subset of The Goblin Factory) makes them for a number of scales. To my recollection they have them for 15mm, maybe 1:144th scale, and 6mm.

They are easy to do. Paint the mouth area red, fill in with black and then put teeth in. This is not a P-40, but a La-9 with a shark mouth. One of these days I will get around to doing some Flying Tigers.
