My dad has a 1965 Dodge M37 power wagon that he restored while I was younger. Right now he is in the process of restoring another. Needless to say its his favorite military vehicle. The truck was mainly used in Korea but saw some use in Vietnam. After the wars alot of them showed up as brush trucks in fire departments (which is where my dad bought his from). For the past several years we have searched the net and hobby stores trying to find scale models of this truck. The only ones we have found were very large and would not fit on his desk. Does anyone know if someone makes these or someone I could get in touch with to sculpt/cast a model. This would be a great Christmas present or b-day present for him this next year. Thanks, Dan |

A neat vehicle ! 21st century made some in 1/18. Not sure if they made them in 1/35 ? |

Have you looked at Tamiya's line? I'd be really surprised if they didn't make an M37 truck in 1/35th. |

Nope no luck finding that truck from either of those companies. |

Trident made on in HO Scale [1/87th] in white metal. You might check either Heiser's models to see if Paul has any left, or Walther's Count Natokina. |

Thanks Zephyr1, I had seen that and have it printed out waiting to be assembled. However, I still would like model in say 1/72, 28mm or 1/35 scale. Does anyone know how I could go about commissioning someone to sculpt/cast one? |
