SMASH!!!!!

I just modified a Solido diecast VAB into a SWAT vehicle. I added a battering ram (based on the LAPD V100) and a Games Workshop hatch with HUGE machinegun. Yep, I know real SWAT don't get a big ol' MG on thier vehicles but they don't have to face hordes of zombies, and my 28mm guys very well may have to do that.

I ordered some Company B SWAT decals and a .50 to replace the ugly GW gun. I'll take upadte pictures once those arrive and I get them on.

Thanks for looking. It was a fun, easy project for the most part.

Very nicely done. Several years ago I made a similar model of a Cadillac Gage V100.

But I like your one better!

The 'have a nice day' face on your battering ram is authentic, as per the original LAPD vehicle.

I like that a lot. Great job.

A nice mod for zombies might be a "cattle pusher" for the front end. Keeps them from gumming up the axels… :D

Arteis,

One of my research web searches turned up that picture and I used it for inspiration. I wanted that Verlinden V100 but the diecast vehicle I used cost me a lot less so I went with it.

Thanks for the comments guys. Once the decals come in and I get it finished up I'll post an update.
