Sorry Tim – the ranks are abbreviated, as it is more intended for an internal audience. Fg Off = Flying Officer (equivalent of a Canadian Forces Lieutenant). Some others in there are Cdt (Cadet), CI (Civilian Instructor), FS (Flight Sergeant) and Flt Lt (Flight Lieutenant/Fat Bloke). Make sure you do Ratty! You won't regret it! There is an enormous amount to see and do. Accommodation, food and museums are all very cheap. |

It is. We went down to the scene of his VC-winning exploits last year, as well as that of Hollis VC and Currie VC. Oddly enough, the only one we haven't been to is the Welsh VC – Tasker Watkins! |
