I can't seem to login to my photobucket account. Does anyone know if they've changed address or been hacked? Last night and this morning when I logged in I got a 'site not found' message. Any help for an elderly non-computer person gratefully recieved. David |

No. Takes me to s255.Photobucket.com. This is what I get when I try to login ~ The web address you entered could not be found[More Information]You were trying to go to s255.photobucket.com CloseThe error could be the result of a variety of things, from typing errors in the web address to DNS issues with the requested web address.Check the web address for typing errors or check your internet connection to ensure other web addresses are accessible |

Odd, a web address is a web address. And the link you posted opens the Photobucket homepage. What browser are you using? |

I use aol, so I guess its IE. Its worked perfectly until the last few days. On Thursday I did manage to access it, through another account it seemed, but last night when 'finalising' an upload I got the above message. |

---I use aol--- I think we've found the problem I've tried accessing the site with Firefox, IE8, Chrome, Opera and Safari without any problems.
Click the link again, when the page loads (or not in your case) go to your menu bar ^ up there, click 'Tools' then click 'Diagnose connection problems' on the drop down and run that. |

My aol menu bar doesn't have tools anywhere on it. |

It's AOL Explorer then, it doesn't (or didn't) support IE toolbars. Do yourself a favour. Go here link and download a browser that works. Try accessing Photobucket from there. <edit> checked, its tools seem somewhat limited link |

Thanks for your help, its appreciated. I found ie8[no shortcut on page] and ran the check you recommended. It shows no connection files. I get the photobucket site but can't log in. Thanks anyway, I'll leave it for now. David |
