They make decals for 1/300 scale battlemechs, including some nose art style decals.

Dom's Decals or I-94 does a set of bomber decals, more aimed at B-17s and B-24s in WWII, but they would work for B-29s in Korea.

Scale Specialties recently released the first sheets covering B-29s for the WW II period and Korean War. Samples can be seen on the Scale Specialties URL, main page link at the present time or within the products listings. ss-sms.com

No nose art per se (they take up a lot of room and we wanted to maximize the aircraft yield per sheet) but squadron insignia for the SAC units involved with Korea are presented.
